Job Description

A Dispatch Rider is responsible for delivering packages, documents, food, or other items to customers or business locations safely and on time. The role requires good knowledge of routes, careful handling of goods, and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility

1. Pick up and deliver items to assigned destinations.
2. Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in good condition.
3. Maintain accurate delivery records, receipts, and proof of delivery.
4. Communicate with customers and supervisors about delivery status.
5. Keep the motorcycle clean and in good working condition.
6. Report delays, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately.
