Job Description

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and collaboration with internal teams to increase revenue and expand the company’s market presence.

Job Responsibility


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, emails, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and business growth strategies.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet business objectives.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and performance goals.
