Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized sales lead / operational co-ordinator to support business growth, manage sales activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, coordinating sales processes, supporting customers, tracking performance, and working closely with internal teams to improve efficiency. 

Job Responsibility
  • Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
  • Follow up with customers to support conversion and retention.
  • Coordinate daily sales and operational activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor orders, deliveries, schedules, and customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate sales, customer, and operations records.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
  • Support process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales and operations.
