About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent / Customer Support  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, promoting our services, answering inquiries, resolving issues and helping drive client’s satisfaction and sales growth.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, persuasive, organized and comfortable handling both sales conversations and customer support requests.

Job Responsibility
  • *Contact potential and existing client through calls, emails, messages or social media DMs. 

  • *Handle sales leads, follow-ups and client requests from first contact to completion.

  • *Provide accurate information and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

  • *Present, promote and explain company's services to clients.

  • *Identify client needs and recommend suitable services or solutions.

  • *Resolve client complaints, concerns and service issues professionally.

  • *Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and support cases.

  • *Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, call targets, response-time goals or client satisfaction KPIs.

  • *Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • *Coordinate with sales, operations or technical teams when needed.

  • *Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
